This Privacy Policy describes how Antonio Automates (operated by Antonio Rillera) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit antonioautomates.com, register for our workshops, purchase a product, or otherwise interact with us. By using our site, you agree to the practices described here.

What we collect

Information you give us. Your name, email address, and any details you submit through forms (workshop registration, chat messages, contact requests).
Payment information. When you purchase, payment details (card number, billing address) are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers on our servers.
Usage data. Standard web analytics such as pages visited, referring URL, device type, browser, approximate location, and timestamps. Collected via Vercel Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Cookies. We use cookies to remember your session (e.g. keeping you signed in to the admin log, remembering your name for the workshop chat).

How we use it

To deliver the workshop, product, or service you registered or paid for.
To send you transactional messages (workshop access, receipts) and occasional follow-up emails about related offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To improve the site, troubleshoot issues, and prevent abuse or fraud.
To comply with our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business:

Stripe processes payments.
LeadEngines stores your contact details so we can email you about the workshop.
Vercel hosts the website and stores chat and registration logs.
Google Tag Manager and Vercel Analytics measure site usage.
Vimeo serves the workshop video player.
Cal.com handles booking when you schedule a call.

Each provider has its own privacy policy that you can review on their website.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you remain a contact, customer, or workshop attendee, and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see below).

Your choices

Unsubscribe from email updates using the link at the bottom of any email we send.
Access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing antonio@antonioautomates.com.
Block cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work if you do.

Children

Our site and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will also be communicated by email or a notice on the site.
